A mother huddles with her children during “business as usual” in Israel’s south, with rockets fired from Gaza and frequent dashes to the shelter. This low-intensity warfare has been going on for over 20 years (from before Israel’s unilateral pullout from Gaza). It’s amazing what you can learn to live with when the target is your home.
